GiftLebanon.com enables you to deliver your order anywhere in Lebanon from worldwide. Upon delivery, if the the recipient is absence we may leave a parcel at the front door or with the guardian if available.

Order Cancellation:

GiftLebanon.com does not allow orders to be edited or cancelled within forty-eight (48) hours of the requested delivery date, or within the five (5) days prior to Valentines Day or Mothers Day, because of the high volume of orders during these times. We accept cancellations of orders before at least 48 hours from delivery date. In that case, a 10% processing fee from the total order amount will be retained to cover restocking charges & credit card service fees.

Exclusion clauses and limitation of liability clauses:

GiftLebanon.com is not responsible for the below:

* Flowers, plants, cakes, Gourmet and other perishable items delivered to incorrect address provided by the sender.

* Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address provided by the sender.

* The Decrease in product quality due to a Wrong delivery address provided by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender.

* Product Low quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.

* We have no liability whatsoever for refusal or rejection of shipments caused by the recipient.
